Each Hybrid Tutoring Enrollment Block covers a two-week instructional period and includes a total of 210 instructional minutes, structured as follows:

45 minutes of live virtual instruction with the tutor
60 minutes of guided student login time for independent learning and practice
Two-Week Total
90 minutes of live instruction
120 minutes of guided independent learning
210 total instructional minutes
Live instruction and student login time may occur on different days within the two weeks, while maintaining the full instructional time for the Enrollment Block.
Progress & Feedback Support is an optional, scheduled add-on available to families currently enrolled in Home Hybrid Tutoring. This service provides structured insight into student progress and instructional focus, supported by live instruction and guided learning activities.
Session Structure (Per Session)
45 minutes — Live virtual instruction
60 minutes — Individualized learning platform practice
Total instructional time: 105 minutes (1 hour 45 minutes)
This hybrid structure ensures direct teaching, guided practice, and independent reinforcement aligned to learning objectives.
Enrollment Requirements
Minimum enrollment: Two (2) prepaid sessions for Live Instruction (Service #1)
Eligibility: Available to students currently enrolled in Home Hybrid Tutoring
Payment Information
Accepted payment methods: Major credit and debit cards
Payment policy: Pre-payment is required to confirm enrollment
Refund policy: Fees are non-refundable after enrollment and access activation
Attendance & Rescheduling
Rescheduling notice: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for excused absences
Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited
Availability
Progress & Feedback Support sessions are offered during the following times:
Months: February and March
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Timeframe: Weekday evenings
Sessions are scheduled based on availability and confirmed at booking
A one-time learning access fee covers assessment, learning objectives, and assigned platform access for the five weeks.
