At Red Apples Educational Services, we approach tutoring as a structured academic partnership. Clear expectations allow us to protect instructional integrity, maximize learning time, and uphold the professional standards that families deserve. These policies reflect our commitment to excellence, accountability, and meaningful academic growth.

1. Enrollment, Payment & Scheduling

  • The Hybrid Home Tutoring Block requires a minimum enrollment commitment.

  • Sessions must be prepaid to secure placement. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment has been received.

  • Tutoring sessions are offered on scheduled dates only and must be booked through the online scheduling system.

  • Placement is based on availability. If all tutoring blocks are filled, families may request to be added to the waiting list and will be notified when space becomes available.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Notice must be submitted via email or through the online scheduling platform.

  • Sessions missed without proper notice are considered forfeited.

  • Same-day rescheduling is not permitted except in documented emergencies.

3. Attendance & Participation Expectations

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for each session

  • Participate respectfully and engage in instruction

  • Complete assigned independent learning activities

  • Repeated tardiness, lack of participation, or disruptive behavior may result in service discontinuation without refund.

4. Technology Requirements

Families are responsible for providing:

  • Reliable internet access

  • A device capable of supporting Zoom sessions

  • A quiet, distraction-minimized learning environment

Red Apples is not responsible for missed instructions due to technical issues on the client’s end.

5. Communication Policy

  • Routine communication occurs via email.

  • Questions related to scheduling or billing should be directed to the administration.

  • Academic feedback may be shared periodically based on session goals and instructional progress.

6. Safety, Insurance & Compliance

Red Apples Tutoring & Pupil Services, LLC dba Red Apples Educational Services is:

  • A bonded and insured professional consulting company

  • Staffed by educators and consultants who undergo background screening and reference verification

7. Fees & Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods: Major credit and debit cards.

  • All sessions must be prepaid before instruction.

  • Sessions will not be conducted if payment has not been received.

  • All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

  • By enrolling in tutoring services, families acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
